Bowens is a Morning Star (Jupiter) Lightning mage infiltrated as a high commander of the Atlan Union's Wing of Wings during the World Lava arc. Outwardly he appears loyal, disciplined, and unwaveringly devoted to the Union. Bowens embodies the perfect Wing of Wings officer: unyielding in his duty, severe in command, and wholly dedicated to maintaining order in times of political upheaval, interplanetary invasions, and mounting threats.
