■Dungeon My Knife:

The knives that were sacrificed during Seasons 1 through 3.

■First Knife

●First Appearance: Wof, 13 Years Old ⑤

●Sacrifice:

The first knife he ever owned.

A cheap thing, but he'd sharpened it in his own way and used it as a kitchen knife too.

●Cause of Death:

It snapped with a sharp crack when he got distracted and looked away.

The leather armor he'd been struggling to remove had metal parts in it.

The knife caught on them in a weird way, and with a snap — it was over.

■Second Knife

●First Appearance: Ash Flower (3) / Holy Edge.

●Sacrifice:

The knife he bought after the first one broke.

Similar to the previous knife.

●Cause of Death:

First, he took an egg container out of his pouch.

He poured the contents onto the knife's blade. The wet blade sparkled and gleamed.

In the end, it couldn't cut anymore.

■ Third Knife

● First Appearance: The Quiet One, Part 4

● Victim:

The 20,000-oro knife I splurged on.

● Cause of Death:

It was erased by my Relic, Banish, through my own carelessness.

■ Fourth Knife

● First Appearance: Crown of the Wonderland, Part 4

● Victim:

A secondhand knife.

Simple construction, thick blade. A bit heavy. Sturdy.

● Cause of Death:

The enemy lunges in a stabbing motion, but I calmly block with my knife.

The blades meet — and my knife's blade is cut clean through.

"Wha—!?"

No, that's not it. I can tell. It wasn't cut through. It was erased.

■ Fifth Knife

● First Appearance: The Reopened Junkyard, Part 3 — Bone-Pulling, Marrow-Extracting, Shura-Collecting Hunting Hand

● Victim:

A knife I found at the Junkyard. A knife from some tribe or another.

A large, curved black single-edged blade. A round sword guard. Somewhat reminiscent of a Japanese katana's tsuba.

The handle was smooth white stone. The sheath was hard wood.

● Cause of Death:

But Body A twisted its left arm this way and that and turned it into a blade.

It charged and swung downward. I stepped forward and blocked with the knife.

The moment they met, the knife's blade melted.

■ Number 6

● First Appearance: The Tassan of the Ring, Part 2

● Victim:

One of three knives I bought together for 50,000 oro.

A simple knife. Turns out it was from the standard series.

● Cause of Death

Pies raised his sword, and I blocked with the knife again—but instantly let go.

With a squelch, the knife that took the blade fell away, and I leaped back.

Just like that, I forgot about the dropped knife.

■ Number 7:

● First Appearance: Cat and Dog, Part 6

● Victim:

The second of the knives I bought for 50,000 oro. A strange blade—single-edged and curved upward.

A little heavy, but thick and powerful.

● Cause of death:

Only the hand holding the knife had been frozen solid.

Wh-why just that!?

"Damn it, why is it always just this one?!"

I used Banish while gritting my teeth. If I didn't hurry, I'd get frostbite.

The ice on my hand and the knife's handle vanished.

The blade fell to the ground.

● Resurrection:

After that, Pakira found it and handed it to Wof.

It was reborn as a new double-edged knife.

■ Number eight:

● First appearance: Tomb of the Dead 4, Yomido's Saturnus. Tomb of the Dead 6, Rest in Peace.

● Victim:

Elixir knife. A knife coated in elixir, turned into an anti-undead weapon.

● Cause of death:

During the fight with Saturnus, I used Silent Move.

The elixir knife had broken. I'll say that again. The elixir knife had broken.

The elixir knife I'd been gripping hard was missing most of its blade.

It hadn't snapped cleanly in half either—it had broken partway through with a clean snap.

It was broken at a sharp diagonal from the base. A huge chunk of the blade was simply gone.

■ Knife #9:

● First appearance: Rank V Delver (1)

● Victim:

Agaro's knife. A broad, long knife with a red blade.

● Cause of death:

The blade deflected twice over as Riv charged in.

I swung down while simultaneously blocking with the knife.

A powerful impact and pressure — I felt the knife take on a strange weight.

I sensed danger and tried to pull back, but my body wouldn't move.

The blade's double-warp came to a sudden halt.

—Crash Edge.

The knife shattered.

● Revival:

The mysterious nanomachine capsule among Riv's belongings.

The knife's fragments and unobtanium were placed inside it, and it became Agaro's knife, Mark II.

■ Knife #10

● First appearance: Arc Lab ④

● Victim:

A crumbling knife found beneath a wooden plank.

● Cause of death:

What's going on here? Well, I guess I have no choice but to believe it.

As I walked, there was a crunching sound under my feet — something snapping.

"What was that?"

"What was it?"

I looked down and saw a wooden board. A plank from a wooden crate.

Beneath that plank was a rusty knife.

It was so worn that it snapped the moment I stepped on it.

■ No. 11

● First appearance: Prelude (1)

● Victim:

A plain knife I picked up from the church storeroom in the deepest part of the Death Tomb.

● Cause of death:

Arc Lab's barbecue party.

A completely ordinary knife from the deepest part of the Death Tomb — nothing special about it. Alright, I'll use it.

The meat was cut thick, so it'd be better to make it thinner. I widened my grip, and the meat looked a bit tough too.

If that's the case, I'll bring it down in one swing.

"Hold up! That meat's got bones in it!"

Something hard bit into the blade with a crunch.

I put my strength into pulling it out, and at the same time — the knife split diagonally with a crack.

■ Death #12

● First appearance: Gentle Hydrangea 6 — Dog Search.

● Sacrifice:

Red-sheathed short sword: a straight blade with a black lacquered handle. The blade pattern is reversed clove.

Double-edged knife: a black semicircular guard and pure white handle.

The double-edged with a metal ring on the pommel. Cuts well.

● Cause of death:

Startled but acting on pure instinct, I swung the short sword at Alverud.

"[Crash]"

The short sword shattered.

While I stood there dumbfounded, Alverud was right in front of me.

On reflex, I lunged with the double-edged knife.

"[Crash]"

The double-edged knife shattered.

■ Death #13

● First appearance:

Juishi

9 — Training Start.

● Sacrifice:

A charm knife from the Goddess of Knives: a beautiful knife like a pure white feather.

Commemorative item from breaking ten knives.

●Cause of death:

A chimera's eyeball is big. About the size of a baseball, give or take.

The knife melted during extraction.

"............"

I had a bad feeling. I really did.

So when I tried to use the Goddess of Knives' charm knife to slip in behind the eyeball and pry it loose—

Sludgy dissolving liquid oozed out from the gap with smoke and sizzling, so I pulled the knife back.

The blade was dissolving, hissing and smoking.

I panicked and tossed it away. It melted completely.

■The 14th Knife

●First appearance: Late-Night Festival (3), Final Battle.

●Sacrifice:

Agaro's Knife Custom: a blade like blue flame.

It rippled like an LCD panel.

Capable of cutting through phenomena and concepts.

●Cause of death:

Once they closed to melee range, uncharacteristically they swung Sombragladius with careless ease.

The slash swirled black.

I tried to block with "Agaro's Knife Custom." The blade vanished in an instant.

"Huh."

The tip had been erased in an arc.

#15

●First appearance: Night Festival (3) — Final Battle.

●Sacrifice:

Thick square knife: when drawn, the handle was warped into a shape like a machete.

It was housed in a leather sheath, and when drawn, the blade was pitch-black and square.

●Cause of death:

The second black vortex slash claimed the knife that had just been purchased.

#16

●First appearance: Night Festival (3) — Final Battle.

●Sacrifice:

Silver cross-shaped knife: something found in a desert dungeon.

●Cause of death:

The silver cross-shaped knife was annihilated by the third swirling sword slash.

#17

●First appearance: Avusdrakdu Ruins (1)

●Sacrifice:

Simple-handled straight double-edged knife: war spoils.

●Cause of death:

On the way, there was a broken door that looked like it might open at any moment. On closer inspection, it was warped.

He slipped a "simple-handled, straight, double-edged knife" into the gap in the door.

He tried a few, and this one was just the right thickness.

He gripped the knife handle firmly and wrenched it.

With a crack, the door came loose. It fell with a clang.

Along with the blade of the knife.

Clang, clatter — the broken blade hit the floor.

Rest in peace.
