Ordem do Vento e da Nuvem

The Order of Wind and Cloud appears seemingly from nowhere, harboring ambitions to seize control of the entire Human Domain. Its headquarters lies to the west of the Upper Eight Regions, in the Unbounded Mid Region.

At its head stands the Supreme Lord Xiahou Jing, backed by two 'Hidden Seconds,' Xiahou Peng and Xiahou Mo. Beneath them serve the Eight Overlords of Wind and Cloud — protector kings whose cultivation reaches at least advanced great emperor — and a vast body of one hundred and eight elders: the thirty-six Celestial Stars and the seventy-two Earthly Fiends.

Ruthless and expansionist, the Order becomes one of Jiang Chen's great enemies during the wars for the Human Domain, and is ultimately brought down.
