Kou

Kou is one of the ancient guardians of the mermaid clan in the Shadow World. Together with the Prophet Kalle, she is a native law-level being who once stood at the pinnacle of the world's oceanic domain. During the Final War of the Shadow World, she awakens from a weakened state to confront the Lady of the Night. Even in her weakened state, she displays power on a catastrophic scale.
