Ciel

Ciel is a half-transformed first-rank dark mage of the Kuryu Academy, one of the most infamous minor dark factions of the South Coast. He appears in the First Arc as Leylin's direct antagonist during the mission to gather black mandrake flowers. Arrogant, sadistic, and intoxicated by his own power, Ciel embodies the perverse tendencies characteristic of the Kuryu mages, who use torture, soul manipulation, and fear as instruments of domination.
