Description
Belphegor is the Archdevil of Sloth, who rules the layer of Hell defined by stagnation, putrefaction, and oppressive paralysis. A master of indolent manipulation, he rarely acts directly; yet nothing within his domain escapes his watch. His subtlety is unmatched: the slightest gesture on his part can conceal a design forged over centuries. Remaining physically motionless, he remains one of the most intellectually dangerous beings in Baator.
