Description
Hood Eugen was a mental patient of the Greenhill Mental Asylum under the care of Dr. Daxter. He was a Beyonder of the Visionary Pathway and a member of the Psychology Alchemists. During his treatment at the asylum, he appeared to treat the patients as his Acting Method, and even invited Daxter to join the Psychology Alchemists.
