Description
Earl Hall is the Earl of East Chester and the father of Audrey Hall. A hereditary aristocrat in Backlund, he is a trusted aide of the king and a respected member of the Cabinet. As one of the kingdom's leading bankers, he is the largest shareholder in many banks across the Loen Kingdom and the Intis Republic and a shareholder of the Constant Coal and Steel Consortium. He is the most influential member of the House of Lords and one of its hereditary peers, following the Church of the Evernight Goddess. His wealth far exceeds that of Baron Syndras.
