The speed of Limit-Existences was terrifying. The instant the explosion occurred, they had already withdrawn far from the epicenter of the shockwave, patiently waiting until everything came to an end.

"What… is this?" Leilin Farell gazed at the junction of two great worlds, a flicker of doubt crossing his eyes.

Below his gaze, the mutual merging and devouring of the two great worlds had come to a complete standstill. The ' World and the World appeared to have reached some kind of perfect balance — like two iron spheres of a dumbbell half-fused together.

Leilin's figure arrived at the world junction in an instant. Everything here had originally been reduced to nothingness, but now a black continent had been born from the void.

", time, and every conceivable law are all frozen solid…"

Leilin probed the properties of this continent and found that every law here was extraordinarily stable. Even the ground had become harder than wizard alloy, and space was no different. In truth, a Morning Star Wizard who arrived here would probably struggle to maintain flight, let alone casually tear through the void or anything of the sort.

The Original Sin Spirit swept across the entire continent, allowing Leilin to ascertain its precise dimensions — roughly one-tenth the size of a primary material world, yet utterly devoid of any life. Hard rock and black desert stretched everywhere.

"The most critical question is… where have the Supreme Gods and the Wizard gone?"

Leilin turned to the Heart of the Earth Mother.

"The convergence of two worlds, combined with the collision of Ninth-rank Wizards, has formed a strange equilibrium point here…"

The Heart of the Earth Mother was, after all, an existence that had survived the first Termination War. Her knowledge and experience were immensely rich, and she immediately discerned certain clues.

"Although the Supreme Gods — that is, the Will of the Gods — once suffered catastrophic damage, the battles between Ninth-rank existences have long since surpassed the limits of what we can comprehend…"

The Heart of the Earth Mother explained in measured tones.

"Even if the Supreme Gods are slightly weaker, settling the victor will not be a quick affair. At this moment, they are most likely entangled in some dimension imperceptible to us, and have left tasks for the rule existences on both sides…"

"You mean…" Leilin looked toward the continent. Though it would be harsh as a breeding ground, it appeared ideally suited as a grand battlefield — a battlefield for rule existences!

"Exactly. The mutual merging — or rather devouring — of both worlds has now entered a critical stage. It has reached a stalemate… What remains will depend on the strength of each side's rule existences…"

The Heart of the Earth Mother pointed at the continent.

"This is the final battlefield — the Land of Annihilation. The defeated will lose everything. But if we can achieve a decisive victory here, we can facilitate the Wizard World's outright devouring of the Gods' World!!! And the reverse holds true as well!"

"So that means…" Leilin murmured thoughtfully.

"Whether Wizards or the Will of the Gods — their very essence is determined by their respective worlds. If we win this war, the Will of the Gods will weaken and be devoured by the Wizard Will. Our battle determines the final outcome for the supreme existences on both sides!"

"Precisely so. Thanks to the Two-World Plan and our initiative, we currently hold a significant advantage… We must maintain it!"

"Rule existences alone may not be sufficient… We also need massive numbers of rank-and-file forces…"

Leilin deliberated. "With armies composed of Radiant Wizards, led by Rule Wizards, we would hold more than enough advantage against weaker and mid-tier divine powers!"

"And furthermore… our reserves consist of Wizards from across the entire Star Realm. Compared to the enemy, our numbers vastly surpass theirs…"

"We will mobilize our forces for battle as swiftly as possible…"

The gathered Rule Wizards pledged their assurances, while Leilin gazed upon the enormous black continent. This was the final battlefield, the place where all things would end. One could easily imagine that, in the time to come, it would become a horrifying machine of flesh and slaughter.

……

Rumble!

At that moment, on the opposite end of the black continent — the Land of Annihilation — space shuddered. Countless irregular Divine Realms descended from above, resembling strange honeycombs that assembled into an impenetrable fortress.

Vast armies of petitioners, hero-spirits, and even saint-spirits took up positions, establishing broad defensive lines across the continent. God Avatars abandoned all distinctions of allegiance and morality, fighting side by side.

The Elemental Armies of the Four Elemental Planes marched onto the battlefield as well. Even the demons, led by their two remaining Archdukes, had reached a reconciliation with the Gods. Hordes of demon lords led their chaotic demon legions to the front lines.

"Divine Realms descending, alliances of every race… It seems the Gods are going all in!" Leilin watched the enemy's arrangements with a cold smile.

"The moment of the final battle… This scale has already surpassed the peak of the last Termination War!" the Heart of the Earth Mother added from the side.

"Indeed! Then let our own preparations begin!"

The Rule Wizards roared. In this region, the rule-forces of the two great worlds had merged, which meant the suppression upon them had been completely lifted. They could now unleash their peak power without even needing Primordial Force Armor!

The Gods' side was in the same position.

Unfortunately, an even playing field did not necessarily mean true fairness.

"We have striven ever forward, carving out our existence within the Star Realm. Today, all that we have gained shall be put on display. The glory of the Wizards shall overshadow everything!"

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Amid the Wizards' war cries, world after world was ripped open.

The Dark World, the Inferno World, the Frost World… Endless Wizard armies surged forth from the portals like a flood, bearing cold and fervent resolve. The lowest among them were Morning Star Wizards — Legendary-level power — yet here, they could serve only as the most expendable pawns.

But for the sake of truth, for the sake of ascension, for the sake of the soul's transcendence, the Wizards unhesitatingly ignited the Termination War once more.

The terrifying drumbeats of war echoed ceaselessly throughout the Star Realm.

In the region assigned to Leilin, a monstrous serpent fortress rose from the ground, its form like that of a living creature. It let out a heaven-shaking roar, hungering for the flesh and life of its enemies!

"Father!"

In the towering great hall, Leilin looked at the two young sorcerers before him, a gentle smile blooming on his face. "For this war, I only planned to draw upon the reserves and cultivated lives within the Serpent Cave, as well as the divine-realm power of my avatars. I did not issue a mobilization order to the Ouroboros Ring. I never expected you two would insist on coming…"

Standing before Leilin were none other than his two eldest sons — Siri and Daniel!

These two children, who had inherited Leilin's bloodline power, had clearly also benefited from their bloodline origin — the Nightmare Hydra. The aura emanating from them pressed infinitely close to the realm of Rule Existences, much like Leilin himself had been when he was a half-seventh-rank.

The path of a sorcerer's advancement was simple: so long as the bloodline origin was powerful enough, the early stages progressed almost without obstacle.

And what bloodline could surpass the Nightmare Hydra power that Leilin now possessed?

"Do you understand the dangers of the Termination War? Even Radiant Wizards are nothing more than cannon fodder… And what about your mothers? Have you considered how they feel?"

Leilin regarded his two eldest sons.

Of course, they were already several thousand years old, with descendants who had proliferated into a vast clan. They were already patriarch-level figures in their own right.

"The records of the ancient Termination War are thoroughly documented in the family library…" Siri and Daniel exchanged a glance, and in the end it was Daniel who stepped forward. "As for Mother and the aunts, we informed them before we departed…"

"You two…" Lein sighed. Looking into his children's eyes, he seemed to see a reflection of his former self — all of them burning with the most ardent desire for truth.

Moreover, the promotion from Radiant Wizard to the Rule tier represented one of the most critical thresholds among the Wizard ranks. The chasm was terrifyingly vast. Even Leilin himself had only managed to cross it through the frenzied plundering of the Gods' World.

For Siri and Daniel, no matter how exceptional their bloodline power might be, they would still need considerable time and opportunity.

But what shortcut could possibly surpass the Gods' World? Slay a True God, seize a portion of Godhead and Divinity, and comprehension of the Rules would come directly to hand!

Every Wizard in the Star Realm was unable to resist this temptation. That was precisely why so many lower-rank Wizards, despite knowing the death toll was staggering, nonetheless enlisted without hesitation.

"I respect your choice…" Leilin gazed at his sons, warmth in his eyes. "It's just… since you have chosen this path, you must be prepared to bear its consequences — no matter the outcome."

"Yes, Father!"

Excitement rang in Siri's and Daniel's voices. They clearly had not expected things to go so smoothly.

After the two departed, Leilin clapped his hands.

Two Calamity Lords wreathed in the power of catastrophe stepped forward and offered Leilin a slight bow.

"Follow behind them. Protect them. In return, I will increase your Primordial Force quota for the next hundred years!"

A flash of delight appeared in both Calamity Lords' eyes as they bowed again and withdrew.

"Two Eighth-rank existences as guardians… Let that be enough."

Leilin shook his head. The cruelty of the Termination War was something those children could not yet comprehend. Even with Calamity Lords protecting them, they could die in the next instant — if, for example, they had the misfortune of encountering a mighty divine power.

But Leilin had no intention of intervening further.

He had warned them beforehand and dispatched bodyguards afterward. He had fulfilled his obligation.

Daniel and Daniel were adult Wizards with their own judgment. Whatever fortune or misfortune awaited them from this point on had nothing more to do with Leilin Farell.
