Hinata Sakaguchi

Hinata Sakaguchi is a Japanese otherworlder and the leader of the Western Holy Church's Ten Great Saints, reputed as the strongest knight of the West and second only to the Holy Emperor within the Church.

Short black hair, violet eyes and a cold, calculating gaze mark her; she fights with the legendary rapier Moonlight. A ruthless pragmatist who will cooperate with anyone — even Demon Lords — for humanity's sake, she is brilliant, stubborn, and utterly efficient, having single-handedly reformed the Church's Crusaders.

Whisked to the Central World as a teenager after a dark childhood, Hinata was taken in by the swordswoman Shizu, the only person who showed her kindness. Blaming Rimuru for Shizu's death, she set out to kill him, but after being manipulated into a duel by the Seven Luminaries she came to recognize her error and negotiated peace with Tempest.
