Description
Zachariah was a member of the Rook Geniuses who worked under Hinata Sakaguchi to serve the Holy Emperor and was hired by a Captain. He served a minor antagonistic role in the Trinity in Tempest series, where he was ultimately killed by Gob'emon during the Tempest Holy War.
