Description
He was the commander of the Royal Knights of Englassia before being stripped of his position and sent to be experimented on. After being rescued by Vega and empowered by a Staff Officer-Class Phantom, rampaging through the Capital of Englassia and losing a duel to Hinata Sakaguchi, he was preyed upon by Vega and turned into an Evil Dragon Beast. His life came to an end at the hands of Hinata.
