Highl
Description
Highl is the current 1st Bishop of the Devil Army and an acknowledged member of the Obelisk's 'Nine Kings.' Cursed by the Heavenly Demon after being rejected as his apostle, he appeared as a weakened, sickly old man, until he mitigated the curse through the blessings of his seven sworn brothers as the 'Monkey King,' gaining strength, health and the powers of the Seven Demon Kings.
Calm, intelligent and disarmingly friendly, he coldly analyzes enemies while preaching the Heavenly Demon's supremacy, yet he cares deeply for his clansmen—he once rebelled against the Devil Army's abusive former Head Bishop. Reckoned the fourth strongest of the Nine Kings, rivaling the Summer Queen and the Martial King, and the only one still growing, he wields Possession and the 72 Bian arts. He kills his ally Kindred during a battle against Cha Yeon-woo.
