Description
Reinhard van Astrea is the current Sword Saint — regarded as the strongest being in the Kingdom of Lugunica — a member of the Royal Guard, and Felt's knight. He first appears during the Loot House Incident, driving off the assassin known as the Bowel Hunter.
Tall, with flaming red hair and sky-blue eyes inherited from his lineage, Reinhard is extraordinarily handsome and widely admired. He acts with immense chivalry, humility, and respect, refuses to cause needless harm, and dislikes his own overwhelming power, often calling himself merely a descendant of Sword Saints rather than claiming the title.
Born to House Astrea, he mastered the sword young after his grandmother's death and succeeded her as Sword Saint, yet lives estranged from his family amid its troubles. Nonetheless he devotes his strength to protecting Lugunica, and upon discovering Felt he pledges his loyalty to her as her knight.
