Rachins Hoffman
Description
Rachins Hoffman, commonly known as Chin, is a runaway noble who was one of the three thugs that attacked Subaru at the very start of the story. He later joined the Felt Camp when Felt employed him after the Royal Selection began. He plays a supporting role in Arc 9 and Arc 10, a minor supporting role in Arc 5, and an antagonistic role in Arc 1 and Arc 3.
