Glare

Glare is a wandering orphan girl and one of the story's most enigmatic heroines. Taken from the streets, she is claimed as the disciple of the eccentric Magic Tower Master, who watches in ecstasy as Glare shatters magic stones, mithril and even adamantium with a mere flick of her fingers — a power so overwhelming it unnerves even her.

She cloaks herself in a faint light to hide her form and observes events from the shadows. A private quest window marked '[Fallen Hero]' hovers before her eyes; she lays a ring beneath the Hero's tombstone and weeps. Having decided to secretly assist 'the Hero,' she gathers intelligence on the notorious Frey — for she knows the truth of who he is — and moves to thwart Ruby, the Demon King. As the war deepens she steps into the open, even hiring Serena's detective agency as a client.

Behind her cold, watchful exterior lies fierce devotion to the Hero and a heartbreak tied to the 'Fallen Hero' of her quest.
