Description
Caylan was the son of the left premier of the O'Brien Empire. He is mentioned as a childhood friend of Nina O'Brien, the seventh princess of the O'Brien Empire. He was at first interested in marrying Nina, but after being persuaded by her, Caylan gave up the pursuit and instead supported the relationship between Nina and Wharton.
